Founded in Seattle

Began building PBX integration devices, laying the foundation for telecom site control.

1999

Ethernet Integration

Added Ethernet interfaces to TeleBoss PBX management devices, connecting analog to digital.

Early 2000s

SNMP-Link Evolution

The U.S. Military became the first to adopt our SNMP-Link systems — which evolved into SiteBoss®.

2004

Environmental Monitoring

Added environmental sensors and SNMP to PBX sites, expanding network visibility.

2010

Nationwide Deployments

Supported 18,000 cellular cabinet sites with out-of-band access and DC reboot.

2014

Global Expansion

Added environmental sensors and SNMP to Telecom sites, expanding network visibility.

2018–2021

Next-Gen Solutions

Became the monitoring core of the world’s largest ORAN network in the U.S.
